JAH Realty Brokerage LLC has signed a master management and leasing agreement with a subsidiary of Dallas based TriGate Property Partners III, LP for McCain Plaza in North Little Rock, AR. McCain Plaza is a 290,000 s.f. power center located at US Hwy. 67 and McCain Blvd. McCain Plaza is anchored by Burlington, Ross, Michael’s, TJ Maxx, PetSmart, Carters and Bed Bath & Beyond, along with some local small shops. TriGate is formulating plans to reposition the shopping center. Initial plans include renovating the facades, resurfacing the parking lot, upgrading signage and landscaping, refurbishing existing vacant tenant suites, and demolishing the vacant movie theater in order to create a developable pad site and attract new tenancy. Once complete, North Little Rock will have a completely renovated shopping center that will be well positioned to attract new retailers to the market. JAH has selected Sage Partners to manage and lease the shopping center. Ethan Slavin of JAH will oversee leasing and development matters on behalf of the owner TriGate Capital, LLC.
With the addition of McCain Plaza, JAH now has master management and leasing agreements on 18 shopping centers totaling over 2.1 million square feet in 9 states with TriGate Capital.
