Kurt Bradley joined JAH Realty in October of 2025 as Vice President - Leasing. In this role, he oversees marketing, new tenant lease transactions, existing tenant retention/renewals, and asset management for the Company’s retail portfolio in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Prior to joining JAH, Kurt served as the in-house Leasing Manager for US Property Trust, a private real estate investment firm, where he led business development and portfolio growth efforts across the United States. During his tenure, he successfully increased the tenant procurement rate and significantly reduced the company’s vacancy rate across a sizable nationwide portfolio.
Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Kurt held roles as an Investment Advisor and Private Client Banker with JPMorgan Chase. He managed a substantial portfolio of client assets, focusing on personal wealth management, residential and commercial lending, and business banking.
Kurt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Oklahoma, where he graduated in 2011, and he now resides in Dallas.
Peter joined JAH in May 2012. He is responsible for Construction and Portfolio Management for the 1.6 million sq. ft. JAH Dallas portfolio and assists with JAH’s management of the 1.4 million sq. ft. of properties owned by TriGate Capital. Prior to joining JAH, Peter was Director of Property Management for Helix Asset Management. Before Helix, and he acted as Partner and Operations Manager at Platinum Management Company, which specialized in Retail, Industrial and Office property management in the Phoenix Metro area with over 3.5 million square feet of commercial property.
Peter graduated from University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Restaurant Administration. Peter and his wife Chris reside in Dallas.

Cheryl French joined JAH Realty in 2018. Before working for JAH, she worked in the construction industry. Mrs. French graduated from University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Family Child Development (1993) and Bachelor of Science Accounting (2002). Cheryl resides in Edmond with her family.
Nina started her art journey at Mount Vernon College in Washington, DC where she studied Studio Arts. Then, in 2001 she moved on to the Art Institute of Atlanta in Atlanta, GA, this is where she found her passion for Graphic Arts. In 2006 she moved back to Oklahoma City where she was born and raised to join JAH Realty’s team/family business to develop the company's key marketing tools. Nina’s responsibilities include producing all written and digital marketing materials and brochures, signage, internet and web design and advertising collateral for the Company.
Nina and her husband of 15 years Mr. David B. Haggard II; live in Nichols Hills, Oklahoma.

Mr. Henry is CEO of JAH & Company, Ltd. (“JAH”) and an Executive Managing Director and CEO of TriGate Capital, LLC (“TriGate”). JAH is a family-controlled holding company that, through its JAH Realty subsidiary, owns and operates 3 million square feet of neighborhood and community retail properties in Dallas/Ft. Worth and Oklahoma City with no outside capital partners. JAH also makes selected energy and other non-real estate investments. TriGate is a leading investment manager focused on the recapitalization and repositioning of quality commercial real estate assets and companies. TriGate has purchased over $2.5 billion of real estate properties.
Prior to his current roles, Mr. Henry was a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley, focused on real estate investment. Mr. Henry ran Morgan Stanley’s real estate investing group in Europe from 2000 to 2003 with overall responsibility for MSREF and the Real Estate Special Situations Funds in Europe. During this time period, these funds completed over $8 billion of investments, $3 billion of sales and $7 billion of financings. Prior to this, he was MSREF’s Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2000 and a Senior Investment Officer in the United States from 1993 to 1998. Mr. Henry commenced his career at Morgan Stanley in 1988 and held positions in corporate finance, real estate investment banking and real estate principal investing. In 2003 after his departure from the firm, Mr. Henry advised Morgan Stanley on its acquisition of the U.S. real estate investment management business of Lend Lease PLC.
Mr. Henry has an A.B. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
Matias Henry joined JAH Realty's Dallas Office as an Investment Analyst in July of 2025. As an Analyst, Matias is responsible for assisting with the underwriting of new acquisition opportunities and providing support to asset management for existing investments.
Prior to joining JAH, Matias held internship positions with JLL's Capital Markets Team in Miami, FL and HighBrook Investors in West Palm Beach, FL. Throughout these internships Matias gained experience in acquisitions and capital markets analytics. His background spans multiple property types, including industrial, multifamily, retail, and office, and has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of real estate investment and valuation.
Matias earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with double majors in Finance and Economics from the University of Miami's Herbert School of Business.
Vanessa Hernandez joined JAH Realty, L.P. in May 2018. Her primary role is to assist with Property Management related matters and provide support for Construction projects in the DFW market. Prior to joining our team, Vanessa worked as a Residential Broker Assistant and Property Manager Assistant for three years before transitioning to Commercial Real Estate.
Vanessa is a graduate of The University of North Texas with a B.A. in Integrative Studies (combination of Communications, Economics, and Finance) with a minor in Real Estate. Vanessa currently resides in Lewisville,TX with her husband, son and daughter.
Graham joined the JAH Realty Dallas office in January of 2007. As Chief Investment Officer, Graham is responsible for the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, management and disposition of company-owned and company-affiliated assets, and serves as a managing partner in the Texas office. Prior to joining JAH, he worked for Brinker International focused on land parcel site selection and negotiation for restaurants in a multi-state region, and as a broker at Staubach Retail Services representing national and regional retailers on land and building site selection and deal negotiation in multiple states.
Graham graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1997, and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and a Certified Commercial Investment Member designee (CCIM). He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the DFW ULI Retail Council, The Real Estate Council (TREC), the North Texas CCIM Chapter, and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). Graham and his wife Jennifer reside in Dallas with their two children.

Sherri Jacobs has been with JAH Realty since 2011. She has over 25 years of accounting experience, having worked several years in residential real estate accounting before joining JAH. Sherri and her husband Steve enjoy time with friends and family including their 9 grandchildren.
Katrina Jantzen joined JAH Realty in 2005 and has been involved in the real estate industry since 1998. Ms. Jantzen currently serves in a senior management roll within the Accounting Department, and has assisted with the acquisition and recovery process on financially distressed properties along with assets undergoing complete remodels and new construction throughout her career. Before working for JAH, her portfolio contained over 1.7 million square feet of commercial office space in Miami, Tampa, Detroit and Minneapolis.
Ms. Jantzen graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Katrina resides in Oklahoma City
Elise Lopez joined JAH Realty, L.P. in March 2018. Her primary role is to market and lease the Company’s retail property portfolio with a focus in the Oklahoma market. Prior to joining our team, Elise worked as a Retail Broker for Commercial Oklahoma Inc. (a Cushman & Wakefield alliance) since September 2015. Elise previously worked at Town West Realty Inc. in Tucson, AZ as a licensed Commercial Property Manager.
Elise is a graduate of The University of Arizona with a B.A. in Economics and is currently pursuing a CCIM designation. She is a member of ICSC and an active member in the Junior League of Oklahoma. Elise and her husband Garrett reside in Oklahoma City.

Jim Martin has been with JAH since 1989. His primary focus is managing the company’s construction projects, along with overseeing property management of the company’s portfolio. Jim has over 40 years of experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects. Jim also manages various construction and development projects where JAH is working as a Manager for its affiliate TriGate Capital.
Jim is involved in all aspects of the completion of design-build projects. He works directly with municipalities, architects, engineers and contractors to ensure project completion with sound construction and safety compliance, all while monitoring costs and meeting schedules.
Jim and his wife Eileen reside in Oklahoma City.

Donna Moore has been part of JAH Realty since 2013. She enjoys her diverse role of office management, property management, and providing support to our leasing and accounting teams. Donna lives in Yukon with her husband, Kyle, and near their two adult daughters.
Tina Nimz joined JAH in October 2003. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer and a managing partner. She began her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young in Ft. Worth, Texas. During her five years with Ernst & Young, she worked in industries ranging from wholesale distribution, banking, and small businesses. Later at Fleming Companies, a wholesale grocery distributor, her roles included auditor, chief accountant, and accounting systems coordinator over a course of seven years.
Ms. Nimz is a CPA and graduated from Oklahoma State University where she obtained a B.S. in Accounting. Tina resides in Oklahoma City with her husband Kevin.
Mr. Norman has worked for JAH in several capacities since 1989. Jeff is responsible for the oversight of the company operations which includes the asset management of the JAH portfolio located in Dallas/Ft. Worth and Oklahoma City.
Previous to his role as President, Jeff served at JAH in various roles including marketing the company’s lease inventory, negotiating leases, developing new projects, re-developing existing property, acquisition/dispositions, financing and third-party brokerage.
Jeff graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Finance in 1987. He is a member of the ICSC, the Commercial Real Estate Council, the local CCIM chapter, and is the managing broker of the Oklahoma office. Jeff and his wife Jill reside in Oklahoma.

Polly Ponder is part of our JAH accounting team in Oklahoma City. After attending College of the Sequoias in Visalia, CA, and working in accounting for close to 30 years, Polly joined JAH in 2017. She and her husband moved from Exeter, California to Oklahoma in 1999. They enjoy living in Yukon, near their family, which includes their 6 grandchildren.
Judi, joined JAH Realty in 2012. She is the Dallas Office Manager for both, JAH Realty and JAH’s sister company, Trigate Capital. Additionally, she serves as the Personal Assistant to the company’s founder, John A. Henry, III. Judi has over 40 years’ business experience including computer programming, restaurant management, executive and personal administrative assistance, and office management
Christine Schipper joined JAH Realty, L.P. in May 2025. Her primary role is to assist the Property Management, Construction, and Leasing teams in the DFW market. Prior to joining the team, Christine worked in bakeries and restaurants before transitioning to an office environment for construction, HVAC sales, and student housing development.
Christine is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY with an Associate’s Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and Hospitality Management.
Jennifer Sillings joined JAH Realty in July 2013 as the Director of Tax and is primarily responsible for the oversight of tax compliance and planning opportunities for JAH and its investors. Ms. Sillings has over 20 years of experience in tax and accounting from positions held in both public accounting and private industry sectors such as real estate, oil & gas and family office services.
Ms. Sillings graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and later obtained her certification as a Certified Public Accountant (Oklahoma). She is a long-standing member in both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA). Jennifer resides in Oklahoma City with her two children.

Dustin came to work for JAH in 1992. He was hired to be a field man on the construction crew, later moving up the ladder to become the JAH Property Maintenance Superintendent for the Oklahoma City properties. With his extreme work ethic and dedication to JAH, he has developed excellent property management and construction skills. He was promoted to JAH Construction and Property Management Associate over both the Oklahoma City and Dallas, TX properties. Dustin is from Enid, Oklahoma and moved to Oklahoma City in 1990.
He and his wife Chris have been married 24 years. They have 2 sons named Nathan who is 21, and Seth who is 10.
