JAH Realty has a proven track-record with ground up development serving both national and local retailers. Through our extensive relationships with a number of national tenants, we are able to leverage past experience to efficiently deliver buildings for our tenants. These relationships have led to the development and redevelopment of many buildings in our portfolio. Our expertise includes site and project planning and design using our architectural and engineering relationships, entitlements with municipalities, internal financial analysis, lease negotiations, and complete construction of the building.

Redevelopment:
We have repositioned shopping centers with partial teardowns, remodeled projects, ground-up development and reconfigured site plans and anchor developments. Some of our more prominent tenants include Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Ace Hardware, Planet Fitness, Sprouts, Starbucks, Buy For Less, Tom Thumb and others.
Ground-Up build-to-suits:
JAH Realty leverages its properties and tenant relationships to seek out opportunities to repurpose land or buildings in our owned and managed portfolio. We have constructed ground-up single tenant build-to-suits on pad sites or inline locations for tenants such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, AT&T, Starbucks, Sprint, Dairy Queen and Dunkin Donuts. Occasionally we will sell or ground lease parcels and coordinate with the development or re-development of sites with companies such as WinCo Foods, Brinker International, CVS, Chick-fil-A, Arvest Bank and others.
In-Fill Development
We are interested in pursuing challenging infill redevelopment sites that require waiting for existing tenant leases to expire, rezoning and replatting, partial tear-downs and site plan reconfigurations, changing uses with multi-family partners, and vertical construction.
