JAH Realty, L.P. (“JAH Realty”) announces the acquisition of a portfolio of three Tom Thumb shadow-anchored shopping centers in the Greater Dallas area. Pioneer Plaza is a 16,200 SF shopping center located at Pioneer and E. Cartwright in Mesquite, and includes tenants such as Chase Bank, Tom Thumb Fuel, AT&T and H&R Block; Shiloh Square at Arapaho and N. Shiloh in Garland is 24,038 SF with Chase Bank, Tom Thumb Fuel, Starbucks & T-Mobile; and Suncreek Village at Alma and Hedgecoxe in Plano is 17,509 SF with Tom Thumb Fuel, Great Clips and State Farm.  Suncreek Village & Pioneer Plaza both include undeveloped land parcels.

The portfolio was sold by a partnership of Pine Tree Commercial Realty and Annaly Commercial Real Estate Group who was represented by Chris Cozby & Chris Gerard of CBRE.
