JAH announces the Opening of Party City at Rockwell Northwest Shopping Center
Party City has opened their newest store in the Oklahoma City area in the Rockwell Northwest Shopping Center, owed by JAH. “We are pleased to conclude the re-development of Rockwell Northwest Shopping Center”, said Jeff Norman, JAH President. “We have dedicated time and resources toward an exterior renovation of this property beginning in 2017, which has benefitted our leasing efforts.” The property is now 98% occupied and is anchored by Hobby Lobby, Tuesday Morning, Party City and Skechers. Other complimentary tenants include Starbucks, Five Guys, FedEx Office, Chick-fil-A and Qdoba.
