JAH is excited to announce that Ollie’s Bargain Outlet will open a 30,317 s.f. store in the anchor position at Council Crossing in late 2019.   “Ollie’s will be a great addition to our tenant mix” said Elise Lopez Leasing Associate for JAH Realty.  “We believe Ollie’s will truly offer a unique retail experience to Oklahoma City that will drive traffic to the shopping center”

Jeff Norman, President of JAH Realty said,   “We anticipate Ollie’s will open sometime in the Fall of 2019.”  The shopping center is approximately 141,700 s.f. and is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Northwest Expressway and Council.  “This will be the first store in the state of Oklahoma and we believe this speaks to the strength of the Northwest Expressway retail corridor”

Ollie’s was founded in 1982, is highly differentiated and is a fast growing, extreme value retailer of brand name merchandise at drastically reduced prices.  They are known for an assortment of merchandise offered as Good Stuff Cheap ®.  They offer name brand products, Real Brands!, Real Bargains®, in every department including housewares, food, books and stationary, bed and bath, floor coverings, toys, health and beauty aids and other categories.

JAH acquired Council Crossing in 2014 and has made significant improvements to the property over the past five years including significant façade enhancements, signage upgrades and replacement of the roof.  JAH will oversee construction of the interior improvements to the new store.   JAH worked with Matt Mardis of Paine & Associates and Terry Syler with The Retail Connection on the lease transaction.   Ollie’s operates 309 stores in 23 states according to their website.
