Oklahoma City, OK – JAH Realty is pleased to announce a ground lease with Taco Casa for a pad site at the Plaza at Quail Springs, located at NW 138th and N. Pennsylvania in front of At Home.

“We are excited to welcome Taco Casa to our shopping center.  The development of this pad site is the culmination of a focused effort by JAH.  Over a period of 15 years, we were able to acquire 3 separate parcels at this location which unlocked our ability to finally develop a pad site here,” said Jeff Norman, President of JAH Realty.  “N. Pennsylvania and Memorial is widely thought of as one of the top intersections in the metro area and pad sites are extremely difficult to find here,” said Elise Lopez, Senior Leasing Associate for JAH, who handles the company’s leasing efforts in the Oklahoma City MSA.   Lopez also managed the development of the re-plat which was required to create this pad site.

Taco Casa’s first location opened in 1972 in Fort Worth, Texas. The brand has grown to more than 80 locations within the United States. Their growth has been franchise driven. This Plaza at Quail Springs location brings Taco Casa to a total of five locations within the Oklahoma City MSA.
