JAH Realty, L.P. (“JAH”) announces signing a new lease with Skechers Outlet at the Rockwell-Northwest Shopping Center in Oklahoma City.
We are excited to add Skechers Outlet to our tenant mix at Rockwell-Northwest said Ethan Slavin, Managing Director of Leasing for JAH Realty. “Skechers is an excellent retailer who will add to our diverse mix of tenants in the shopping center.”
Skechers has taken 8,356 s.f. of space adjacent to Hobby Lobby. Rockwell Northwest Shopping Center is at the SE corner of Northwest Expressway and Rockwell Avenue and is anchored by Hobby Lobby, Tuesday Morning and FedEx/Kinko’s with a collection of restaurants like Five Guys, Chick-fil-A, Potbelly, Qdoba, Starbucks and Wingstop.
