JAH Signs lease with CiCi’s Pizza

JAH Realty, L.P. has signed a new lease with CiCi’s Pizza for a 4,000 s.f. restaurant at the Royal Highlands Plaza at the intersection of Skillman and Royal in Dallas, TX. Frank and Judy Rogers are the franchisees for this CiCi’s which will be relocating from another site nearby. “We are excited to add another restaurant alternative for our Lake Highlands neighbors”, said Ethan Slavin, Director of Leasing for JAH Realty, L.P. Royal Highlands Plaza is anchored by a newly renovated Tom Thumb, McDonald’s, American Hair and Beauty Supply, H&R Block, Kingsley Optical, Integrity Mortgage, Dr. Steven Worrell, Humana and others. “Frank and Judy Rogers have a CiCi’s Pizza in another shopping center we own in Rowlett, so we are pleased they are have chosen this site as their store”, said Slavin. The Rogers operate 11 stores in the DFW area. With the addition of CiCi’s Pizza, Royal Highlands is now 96% occupied.
