JAH Realty, L.P. (“JAH”) announces signing a new lease with Tuesday Morning at the Rockwell-Northwest Shopping Center in Oklahoma City.
We are excited to add Tuesday Morning to our tenant mix at Rockwell-Northwest said Ethan Slavin Director of Leasing for JAH Realty. “Tuesday Morning is an excellent retailer offering a unique collection of merchandise not typically found in a single store and will drive additional daily traffic into the shopping center. There are currently 746 Tuesday Morning locations in the United States.”
Tuesday Morning has taken 19,775 s.f. of space on the east side of the shopping center. Rockwell Northwest Shopping Center is at the SE corner of Northwest Expressway and Rockwell Avenue and is anchored by Hobby Lobby, FedEx/Kinko’s and Tuesday Morning with a diverse collection of restaurants like Five Guys, Chick-fil-A, Qdoba, Starbucks and Wingstop.
JAH anticipates that Tuesday Morning will open in the Spring of 2017. Greg Bracchi and Scott Fishel with Edge Realty Partners of Dallas, TX represented Tuesday Morning on the lease.
