JAH Realty is pleased to announce the execution of a lease with Trader Joe’s to take a 16,975 s.f. space at the Rockwell-Northwest Shopping Center. This will be the first Trader Joe’s store within the Oklahoma City limits and only the fourth store in the state. Trader Joe’s will join Hobby Lobby and Burlington as anchor tenants at Rockwell-Northwest. Trader Joe’s, founded in 1967 is a national chain of neighborhood grocery stores committed to providing their customers with outstanding value in the form of the best quality products at the best everyday prices.

Jim Martin, Managing Director of Construction at JAH, will manage the construction of improvements to the exterior of the building including a new recessed loading dock, electrical service and other infrastructure to support the new store. Trader Joe’s will handle all their interior finish work.
Rockwell-Northwest is a 155,000 s.f. shopping center located at the southeast corner of Northwest Expressway and N.
