JAH Realty, L.P. announces the acquisition of Council Crossing, a 141,252 s.f. shopping center located at the northwest corner of Northwest Expressway and Council Rd in Oklahoma City.  Tenants in the shopping center include: State Farm, QQ China, To The Point Dance Academy, Native Crossfit, Venezia Italian Restaurant, Abuelita’s Mexican Restaurant and others.  The property also includes a 41,500 sq. ft. anchor space formerly occupied by a grocery store that could be sub-divided if necessary.   In addition to an aggressive leasing campaign, JAH plans to make cosmetic changes to the shopping center including replacement of the awnings, tower elements and improving the lighting and landscaping to further enhance the visibility, aesthetics and function of the property.
