Keller, TX (November 22, 2021) –JAH Realty announces a new lease with Planet Fitness for a 32,000 s.f. space previously occupied by Stein Mart at the Keller Crossing Shopping Center. Planet Fitness plans to open their newest club next year.

Keller Crossing is co-anchored by Ace Hardware, Tuesday Morning, and Big Lots in addition to approximately 20 other tenants. “Our research indicates, the average Planet Fitness attracts over 350,000 visitors per year, which will be a dramatic improvement over the prior tenant. It has been our experience as a Landlord, that health clubs drive more daily trips to our property than a traditional soft goods store, which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on our entire tenant mix.” said Rosatti.
