Party City has executed a lease with TPP Bryant LLC an affiliate of Dallas based TriGate Capital for their newest store in the Oklahoma City area. Bryant Square Shopping Center is located at the southeast corner of E. 2nd and N. Bryant in Edmond OK. TriGate acquired Bryant Square in 2018 and has recently completed an extensive renovation of the entire shopping center and common areas. “We are pleased to conclude the re-tenanting of Bryant Square with the execution of a lease with Party City. Party City will occupy 14,483 s.f. on the southern end of the property” said Jeff Norman, President of JAH. “TriGate and JAH have dedicated time and resources toward completing an exterior renovation of this property, which has benefitted our leasing efforts.” Elise Lopez of JAH handles leasing at Bryant Square. The property is now 99% occupied and is anchored by Stein Mart, Ross, Petco, Ulta, Five Below, Old Navy, Bath & Body Works and Bed Bath & Beyond, in addition to a number of restaurants, boutiques and service providers.
Lopez worked with Kendall Ibsen of the Retail Connection in negotiating the lease.
