JAH Realty, L.P. (“JAH Realty”) announces the acquisition of Keller Crossing Shopping Center, a 134,000 square foot shopping center located at 1540 Keller Parkway (FM 1709) in Keller, Texas. Notable national tenants at the center include Stein Mart, Ace Hardware, Big Lots and Tuesday Morning in addition to approximately 20 other businesses and franchises.
“Keller Crossing is located along one of the most heavily traveled corridors in Tarrant County extending from Southlake through Keller,” said Graham Irvine, Director of Investments for JAH Realty, LP. “The acquisition is consistent with our strategy of purchasing regional and community shopping centers in Texas and Oklahoma submarkets with attractive demographics.”
The Shopping Center was sold by an affiliate of the Tabani Group who was represented by Tom Salanty, Chris Harden and Kris Von Hohn of Cushman & Wakefield.
JAH Realty, L.P. wholly owns, manages and leases a shopping center portfolio of approximately 1.9 million square feet in Dallas-Ft. Worth and Oklahoma City, and also manages and leases a 1.8 million square foot portfolio throughout the United States on behalf of TriGate Capital, LLC (an affiliated company).
