JAH Realty has signed a lease with Convergys Customer Management Group, a subsidiary of Convergys Corporation for a 57,120 s.f. office space at 930 E. Campbell Road in Richardson TX. Convergys will operate a customer support center from this location. With the signing of this lease, the building will be 100% occupied.

In connection with the new lease JAH will be making significant improvements to the parking, landscaping, roof and mechanical systems of the building.
