JAH Realty LP (“JAH”) is pleased to announce a new lease with Burlington for a new store in the Rockwell-Northwest Shopping Center at Northwest Expressway and N. Rockwell Ave in Oklahoma City, OK.
“Burlington will be taking a 19,775 s.f. Jr. Anchor space in the shopping center”, said Jeff Norman, President of JAH Realty. “The space became available in the Spring of this year and we were pleased with the large amount of interest from national retailers to locate on Northwest Expressway”, said Elise Lopez, Vice President of Leasing for JAH Realty. “Burlington will draw a soft goods shopper to this center which we have not had before. We believe the synergy between Burlington and Hobby Lobby will create a dynamic combination of traffic and demographics for the property. Burlington is widely recognized as one of the top retailers in their category”, said Lopez.
Rockwell-Northwest Shopping Center is a 154,700 s.f. shopping center anchored by Hobby Lobby. In addition to the new Burlington store, other tenants include Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, B Sew Inn, Cava (coming soon), Qdoba, Wing Stop, Mercy Go Health and others. JAH has applied for building permits and anticipates starting construction in the 1st Quarter of 2024.
