JAH Realty, L.P. (“JAH”) announces a new lease with BBVA Compass Bank at the Royal Highlands Plaza Shopping Center in Dallas, Texas.
”JAH is thrilled to add BBVA Compass to our tenant mix at Royal Highlands Plaza” said William Rosatti, Leasing Associate for JAH Realty. “BBVA Compass is one of the largest banks in the United States and will bring a whole new customer base into the shopping center.”
BBVA Compass Bank has leased 2,900 s.f. of space, which will include a drive thru for bank customers. The property itself is located at the NEC of Skillman Road and Royal Lane and its tenants include: Tom Thumb, American Beauty Supply, Cici’s Pizza, and McDonald’s.
Construction is currently underway and JAH anticipates that the Bank will open in Summer 2018. Michael Meaden with JLL represented BBVA Compass and William Rosatti represented JAH.
