JAH Realty is proud to announce that Fifth Third Bank has signed a ground lease for an out-parcel redevelopment at Spring Creek Village Shopping Center located at Belt Line and Coit Road in Dallas, TX!
Fifth Third intends to remodel a 3,000 square foot existing building and reconfigure the site to deliver a modern bank branch with bank teller and ATM lanes. This project is a prime example of adaptive reuse – repurposing a highly visible vacant asset to meet the evolving needs of the community.
Following the recent bank merger, Fifth Third is rebranding all existing Comerica branches nationwide, and will continue to aggressively expand with new locations throughout the region over the next few years.
