Jay Henry
CEO

 Mr. Henry is Managing Member of TriGate Capital, LLC (“TriGate”) and CEO of JAH & Company, Ltd. (“JAH”).  TriGate is a leading investment manager focused on the recapitalization and repositioning of quality commercial real estate assets and companies.  TriGate has purchased 12 million square feet of commercial properties and hotels with 565 rooms.  JAH is a family-controlled holding company that, through its JAH Realty subsidiary, is a developer/owner/operator of neighborhood retail properties in Dallas/Ft. Worth and Oklahoma City. JAH Realty currently owns approximately 2 million square feet of properties with no outside capital partners.

Prior to his current roles, Mr. Henry was a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley, focused on real estate investment. Mr. Henry ran Morgan Stanley’s real estate investing group in Europe from 2000 to 2003 with overall responsibility for MSREF and the Real Estate Special Situations Funds in Europe.  During this time period, these funds completed over $8 billion of investments, $3 billion of sales and $7 billion of financings.  Prior to this, he was MSREF’s Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2000 and a Senior Investment Officer in the United States from 1993 to 1998.  Mr. Henry commenced his career at Morgan Stanley in 1988 and held positions in corporate finance, real estate investment banking and real estate principal investing. In 2003 after his departure from the firm, Mr. Henry advised Morgan Stanley on its acquisition of the U.S. real estate investment management business of Lend Lease PLC.

Mr. Henry has an A.B. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.

Jeff Norman
President

Jeff Norman has worked for the company since 1989. Jeff is responsible for managing the operation of the company’s 1,854,972 sq. ft. portfolio. He previously served at JAH in various roles including marketing the company’s lease inventory, negotiating leases, developing new projects, re-developing existing property, acquisition/dispositions, financing and third party tenant brokerage representation.

Jeff is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Commercial Real Estate Council and the local chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member. Prior to working at JAH, Jeff served as the Financial Operations Principal of a small investment banking firm. He graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Finance in 1987. He and his wife Jill live in Edmond, Oklahoma with their two children.

Ethan Slavin
Managing Director of Leasing

Ethan Slavin joined JAH in May of 2000. His primary focus is on marketing and leasing the Company’s retail property portfolio. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in marketing. Ethan and his wife Joell have two children, Avery and Brady.

Ethan is a CCIM designee and a member of the ICSC and CREC organizations.

Jim Martin
Managing Director of Construction/Property Management

Jim Martin has been with JAH since 1989. His primary focus is on managing the company’s construction projects, along with overseeing the maintenance and repairs of the company’s 1,854,972 sq. ft. portfolio. Jim has 30 years of experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects. His expertise in the development of design-build projects requires that he works directly in the design phase ensuring the basics of sound construction, along with monitoring costs and meeting schedules.

During his tenure with JAH, he has managed the redevelopment of Country Club Corner, Portland Plaza, Glen Oaks and Rockwell-Northwest Shopping Center, as well as new construction of the $7.5 million Edmond Exchange Shopping Center at the corner of Broadway & 33rd St. in Edmond. His previous experience also includes management of construction projects such as Anheuser-Busch MCC Lid Center, John H. Harland Check Printing Plant, ASA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium, Sheraton Hotels, Lexington Correctional Facility’s expansion, Oklahoma City University’s Norick Art Center, and Rose State College student service center.

Jim and his wife, Eileen, have two children and reside in Oklahoma City.

Graham Irvine
Managing Director of Investments

Graham joined JAH Realty, L.P. in January of 2007 in the Dallas office. As Managing Director of Investments, he is responsible for the acquisition, financing, development, disposition, and management of company-owned and company-affiliated assets. Prior to joining the company, Graham worked as a real estate manager for Brinker International and as a tenant representation broker at Staubach Retail Services. Graham graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1997. He is a licensed real estate broker in Texas, a CCIM Designee, and a member of ICSC, TREC, NTCAR, and the North Texas CCIM Chapter.

William Rosatti
Leasing Associate

William Rosatti joined JAH in September of 2016. His primary role will be marketing and leasing the Company’s retail property portfolio.  Prior to joining JAH, William served as an Associate at Avison Young, where he assisted corporate users with their occupancy needs on a local, regional, and national level.  William graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.

Tina Nimz
Chief Financial Officer and Controller

Tina Nimz joined JAH in October 2003. She began her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young in Ft. Worth, Texas. During her five years with Ernst & Young, she worked in industries ranging from wholesale distribution, banking, and small businesses. Her most recent experience with Fleming Companies, a wholesale grocery distributor, included roles as auditor, chief accountant, and accounting systems coordinator over a course of seven years.

Ms. Nimz is a CPA and graduated from Oklahoma State University where she obtained a B.S. in Accounting.

Katrina Jantzen
Assistant Controller

Katrina Jantzen joined JAH Realty in 2005. She has over 13 years experience in the real estate industry.  Ms. Jantzen has assisted with the acquisition and recovery process on financially distressed properties along with assets undergoing complete remodels and new construction.  Before working for JAH, her portfolio contained over 1.7 million square feet of commercial office space in Miami, Tampa, Detroit and Minneapolis.

Katrina is currently on the Accounting Advisory Board for Francis Tuttle Technology Center and their evening accounting instructor.

Jennifer Sillings
Director of Tax

Jennifer Sillings joined JAH Realty in July 2013 as the Director of Tax, and will be primarily responsible for the oversight of tax compliance and planning opportunities for JAH and its investors.  Ms. Sillings began her tax career at Grant Thornton, LLP in Oklahoma City, OK and comes to JAH with over 15 years of experience in accounting and tax in industries such as oil & gas and family office services.

Ms. Sillings graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a B.S. in Accounting.  She obtained her certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2000, and currently holds memberships in both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).  

Ms. Sillings resides in the Oklahoma City area and is presently a foster parent for two small children.

Natasha Slaughter
Accounting Manager

 Before joining JAH Realty in 2015, Natasha worked in corporate accounting for the Oil & Gas and Manufacturing industries since 2011. New to this industry, her passion for Real Estate began while attending the University of Central Oklahoma. It was there she learned the different facets of the business, particularly real estate investing and property management.

As the Accounting Manager, Natasha is primarily responsible for managing and reporting Accounts Receivable.  As well as overseeing the preparation and review of CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and analysis.

Natasha earned her Bachelor of Administration in Finance at University of Central Oklahoma and her Masters of Science in Accounting from Liberty University.
Outside of the office, Natasha enjoys artistic expression, mentoring, spending time with her husband, children and dog, Kashmir.

Nina H. Haggard
Marketing/Graphics Associate

Nina started her art journey at Mount Vernon College in Washington, DC where she studied Studio Arts. Then, in 2001 she moved on to the Art Institute of Atlanta in Atlanta, GA, this is where she found her passion for Graphic Arts. In 2006 she moved back to Oklahoma City where she was born and raised to join JAH Realty’s team/family business to develop the company's key marketing tools. Nina’s responsibilities include producing all written and digital marketing materials and brochures, signage, internet and web design and advertising collateral for the Company.

Nina and her husband of 3 years Mr. David B. Haggard II; live in Nichols Hills, OK.

Dustin Veal
Construction and Property Management Supervisor

Dustin came to work for JAH in 1992.  He was hired to be a field man on the construction crew, later moving up the ladder to become the JAH Property Maintenance Superintendent for the Oklahoma City properties.  With his extreme work ethic and dedication to JAH, he has developed excellent property management and construction skills.  He was promoted to JAH Construction and Property Management Associate over both the Oklahoma City and Dallas, TX properties.  Dustin is from Enid, Oklahoma and moved to Oklahoma City in 1990. 

He and his wife Chris have been married 14 years. They have a son named Nathan who is 10.

Peter Conran
Phoenix Portfolio Manager

Peter joined JAH in May 2012 to oversee the Phoenix Portfolio from a local level. Prior to joining JAH, Peter was Director of Property Management for Helix Asset Management. Before Helix, Peter acted as Partner and Operations Manager at Platinum Management Company, a company that he started in 2005.  Specializing in Retail, Industrial and Office property management in the Phoenix Metro area, Platinum Management Company managed over 3.5 million sq feet of commercial property. Peter graduated from University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Restaurant Administration. Peter and his wife Chris live in Chandler with their two children.

Thomas Woldert
Real Estate/Construction Manager

Thomas joined JAH Realty, L.P. in October of 2014 in the Dallas office. He is responsible for the management and construction of the Dallas company-owned and third-party assets. Prior to joining the company, Thomas was a real estate manager at CBRE, Inc. focusing on the management of institutionally owned portfolios consisting of more than 5 million square feet of industrial/flex and 300,000 square feet of office space for multiple clients including Blackstone Real Estate, Morgan Stanley and TA Realty Associates. Thomas graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.
