JAH Realty, L.P. (“JAH Realty”) is a leading retail real estate operating company focused on the acquisition, development, leasing and management of real estate with an emphasis on neighborhood and community shopping centers. The company owns shopping centers in Texas and Oklahoma totaling approximately 2.6 million square feet and manages another 1.4 million square feet in 2 different states for its affiliate, TriGate Capital. JAH Realty is a vertically integrated company with five core businesses – acquisitions, development, leasing, management and construction.

Company History

JAH Realty is a subsidiary of JAH & Company, Ltd. (“JAH & Company”) has been an active real estate investment and management company for over fifty years. John A Henry, III founded JAH & Company with the philosophy of investing in real estate for the long-term. JAH & Company developed its first shopping center in 1973 and grew to be a leader in the acquisition, development and management of neighborhood and community shopping centers in the Oklahoma City metro area.

In 2003, JAH Realty was formed and JAH & Company made the strategic decision to grow its operation into Texas under the stewardship of Jay Henry. The Texas business is now larger than its Oklahoma City business and continues to grow rapidly. JAH Realty and JAH & Company have developed a strong balance sheet, outstanding design and construction skills, close tenant relationships and proven investment acumen.

In 2007, JAH & Company made a significant investment in its affiliated company, TriGate Capital, of which Jay Henry is CEO (www.trigatecapital.com). JAH Realty provides management and leasing services to TriGate Capital on selected assets.
