                        the developer / owner / operator of neighborhood
                        retail properties in Dallas /
                        Ft. Worth and Oklahoma City. JAH Realty
                        currently owns approximately 1.5 million square feet of properties with no
                        outside partners. </p>

                        Prior
                        to his current role, Mr. Henry was a Managing
                        Director of Morgan Stanley,
                        focused on real estate investment. Mr. Henry ran
                        Morgan Stanley’s Investing
                        Group in Europe from 2000 to 2003 with overall
                        responsibility for the
                        investment of MSREF and the Real Estate Special
                        Situations Funds in
                        Europe.<span>&nbsp; </span>During this time period,
                        these
                        funds completed over $8 billion of investments,
                        $3 billion of sales and $7
                        billion of financings.<span>&nbsp; </span>Prior to
                        this, he
                        was MSREF’s Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to
                        2000 and a Senior Investment
                        Officer in the United States from 1995 to 1998.<span>&nbsp;
                        </span>Mr. Henry commenced his career at Morgan
                        Stanley in 1988 and held
                        positions in corporate finance, real estate
                        investment banking and real estate
                        principal investing. In 2003, Mr. Henry advised
                        Morgan Stanley &amp; Co. on its
                        acquisition of the U.S. real estate investment
                        management business of Lend
                        Lease PLC after his departure from the firm.</p>

                        Martin has been with JAH since 1989. His primary focus is on managing
                        the Company’s construction projects, along with overseeing the
                        maintenance and repairs of the Company’s 1.5 million square feet <strong></strong>. portfolio.
                        Mr. Martin has 25 years of experience managing commercial and
                        industrial construction projects. His expertise in the development of
                        design-build projects requires that he works directly in the design
                        phase ensuring the basics of sound construction, along with monitoring
                        costs and meeting schedules.</p>
                        <p>During his tenure with
                        JAH, he has managed the redevelopment of Country Club Corner, Portland
                        Plaza, Glen Oaks and Rockwell-Northwest Shopping Center, as well as new
                        construction of the $7.5 million Edmond Exchange Shopping Center at the
                        corner of Broadway &amp; 33rd St. in Edmond. His previous experience
                        also includes management of construction projects such as
                        Anheuser-Busch MCC Lid Center,
                        John H. Harland Check Printing Plant, ASA Softball Hall of Fame
                        Stadium, Sheraton Hotels, Lexington
                        Correctional Facility’s expansion, Oklahoma City University’s Norick
                        Art Center, and Rose State College
                        student service center.</p>

                        <p>Jeff Norman has worked for the company since 1989. Jeff is responsible for
                        managing the operation of the company’s 1.5 million square feet  portfolio. He previously
                        served in roles involving marketing and negotiating leases with a variety of local
                        and national tenants, development of new projects, brokerage, re-developments,
                        acquisitions/dispositions, and financing.</p>
                        <p>Jeff is a member of the ICSC and the Commercial Real Estate Council in addition
                        to the local chapter of the CCIM. Jeff previously served as the Financial
                        Operations Principal of a small investment banking firm. He graduated from The
                        University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Finance in 1985. He and his wife Jill live in
                        Edmond with their two children.</p>

                        <p>Tina Nimz joined JAH in October 2003. She began her career as an auditor
                        with Ernst &amp; Young in Ft. Worth, Texas. During her five years with Ernst &amp;
                        Young, she worked in industries ranging from wholesale distribution, banking,
                        and small businesses. Her most recent experience with Fleming Companies,
                        a wholesale grocery distributor, included roles as auditor, chief accountant,
                        and accounting systems coordinator over a course of seven years.</p>
                        <p>Ms. Nimz is a CPA and graduated from Oklahoma State University where
                        she obtained a B.S. in Accounting.</p>
